TODDLER ADMISSION

For the Toddler Community program, children need to be 18 months old as of August 31. Children generally transition out of the Toddler Community the semester after they turn three and have spent at least a year in the Toddler Community. Children transition to Early Childhood programs in mid-January and at the beginning of the school year. IMS offers both half and full day options for our Toddle program.

We cannot accept children into the Toddler program who will turn three in their first semester at IMS; those children should apply for an Early Childhood January start date.

While the Toddler program is conducted in English, families choose the Spanish, French, or Chinese language track when they apply. For our planning purposes, the student’s language program is determined at the time of initial acceptance and cannot be changed.
